• Say NO to those who asks you to help (through money or work) and whose motives are not sincere help but to make use of you for their own personal convenience just because they feel you can be exploited or consider you less than them. Don’t keep any shyness to do so. Only help till they from their heart respect you and that it is not directed to their motive of personal pleasure and greed.
