ego serves its own purpose. if its given, it would have been given for some purpose like everything else like sexual pleasure given for reproduction which is very necessary part of this living world; taste pleasure for eating for our survival. May be ego is given for self defence. Can you guess?

Keep good intentions. Even if you had done bad, don’t lose from the mind and let the bad to happen more. Don’t make it a habit. Keeping good intentions gives strength to live a positive, happy life.

Say NO to those who asks you to help (through money or work) and whose motives are not sincere help but to make use of you for their own personal convenience just because they feel you can be exploited or consider you less than them. Don’t keep any shyness to do so. Only help till they from their heart respect you and that it is not directed to their motive of personal pleasure and greed.
